With each new season, its new trends! Colors, material and style, this is what 2018 Summer trends is all about. Nice surprises!
- Yellow curry : For a spicy interior and full of sun, bet on this strong hue already present this winter. Nothing better to wake up your interior. If the yellow enlarges the space, revitalizes it, yellow curry or mustard, darker, warms the decor and gives it a strength, an immediate class.
- Purple : It’s the color of the year, enigmatic, the violet has charm and temperament. Renowned for its relaxing properties, it suits the room, the office but also the living room. We will avoid the total look, floor to ceiling but it will be preferred by small touches on a carpet, an armchair, cushions, etc.
- Vert: reappeared during the winter, here it is that settles durably … like a desire of nature inside. From khaki to mint green. In line with the trend “jungle”, it is found mostly in saturated tones, very strong. Trenched colors not always easy to expose but deco, he plays mostly on the furniture (living room set, doors of dressers), on the fabrics and, for the more adventurous, on a piece of wall! He likes blues, grays, yellows too and of course more neutral tones that remind nature.
A TRENDY MATTER
- Velvet: generally associated with chic and luxury, this material is well known for its great softness to the touch. And sweetness, we want more in 2018. This season, it dresses our cushions, our armchairs, our sofas, and even sneaks to our living rooms, on a bed throw, a plaid! Its color does not matter, but it’s no coincidence that those spring-summer 2018 suits him perfectly: yellow curry, green and purple. We will add deep blues, Klein, duck, night … that seem to have been invented for velvet!
